Regulatory:
- The
European Commission approved EVRENZO® (roxadustat) for the treatment of adult patients with symptomatic anemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Astellas has launched inGermany , theUnited Kingdom ,Netherlands , andAustria . - The
U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a complete response letter regarding the New Drug Application (NDA) for roxadustat for the treatment of anemia of CKD.
Clinical:
- Announced positive topline results from WHITNEY, the Company’s Phase 2 clinical study of roxadustat, for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced anemia (CIA). The results of the study will be presented at an upcoming medical meeting.
- Roxadustat net transfer price from sales to the distribution entity (JDE) jointly owned by
